SUNDAY SEP 19 › Welcome to Italy
Our
trip starts at Milan Malpensa airport where our staff will be there
to welcome you before the transfer to our hotel in Gargnano on the shores of Lake Garda.
Lunch, orientation meeting, build up the bikes and then an afternoon ride along the shores of Lake Garda.

Day 2
MONDAY SEP 20 › Lake Garda
Today's ride takes us along the south-western shore of Lake Garda to Salo where we head inland and start our climb to the Passo Cavallino.
From the Cavallino we head north along the shores of Lake Idro and over the Passo d'Ampola before the long drop down to Riva del Garda. The final 30km take us down the spectacular north-western shore of Lake Garda to our hotel in Gargnano.

Day 3
TUESDAY SEP 21 › From Garda to Lake Iseo
Today we leave Lake Garda and head west towards the smaller but equally stunning Lake Iseo. On leaving the lakeshore the grades immediately pick up as we start to climb the 17-mile Passo di Capovalle.
Down the other side of the Capovalle and along the shores of Lake Idro to Bagolino where we start the toughest climb of the week, the 5,500 ft Passo del Maniva.

Day 4
WEDNESDAY SEP 22 › Into the mountains....
Our ride today, takes us into the remote mountains that surround the spa town of San Pellegrino.
From our hotel on the eastern shore of Lake Iseo we head north to Ponte Nossa where we start the 9-mile climb to the Colle di Zambla Alta.
From Zambla we have a fantastic ride down the valley before the last climb up to our hotel in Rota d'Imagna, high above Lake Como.

A shorter ride today to rest our legs up for tomorrow's big ride!
Our destination is the beautiful town of Bellagio nestled between Lake Como and Lake Lecco. From our hotel in Rota d'Imagna we'll head over the Valico di Valcava climb then enjoy the 10-mile descent to the southern tip of Lake Lecco. A beautiful ride up the western shore of Lake Lecco brings us to our hotel in the exclusive resort of Bellagio.

FRIDAY SEP 24 › Madonna del Ghisallo
Today's ride is one of these dream rides that every cyclist should complete at least once in a lifetime.
Our ride follows many of the routes taken by the autumn classic Giro di Lombardia. Leaving our hotel in Bellagio we start climbing almost immediately on our way to one of cycling's most famous sites - the Madonna del Ghisallo church and cycling musuem. We'll stop for a while to explore this fascinating shrine before continuing our route to Como and the Passo San Fedele d'Intelvi, another Giro di Lombardia favorite.
