Our hotels vary from top-quality 2-star to luxury 4-star hotels. On each trip the hotels are personally selected by Peter based on the following criteria:
- Quality: whether it be a 2-star or a 4-star the hotel must show a minimum level of quality i.e. comfortable, clean rooms with ensuite bathrooms.
- Location: the location is of key importance. Strategic locations are chosen to allow us to ride from and to the hotel hence eliminating van transfers.
- Meals: the meals must be adapted to avid cyclists! No "nouvelle cuisine" - we need carbs and lots of them so we take special care in ensuring that the hotels serve hearty breakfasts and dinners.
- Character: when possible we try to select hotels that reflect the character and charm of the region.
